  • Laura Kenderes

    Originally from Pennsylvania, Laura Kenderes has pursued movement in the outdoors her whole life, with running and mountain biking being her favorites. Starting her time in Moab as a White Water Rafting and Canyoneering guide in 2017 she has found a deep passion for moving in all forms in the beautiful Utah desert. Laura holds a degree in Exercise Science and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. Laura is passionate about providing support in every aspect of your health with a focus on injury prevention and sport specific movements for all the Moab outdoor endeavors.

  • Natali Zollinger

    Natali is the owner & head coach of Rize Studio. With a background in health, wellness, fitness and sports, she brings a positive & encouraging energy to all her clients and classes. She holds a Personal Training Certification through NASM, Kettlebell Cert through Functional Kettlebell Training (FKT), Mobility Cert through The Ready State, 200 YTT with the Yoga Alliance and a Foundations certification through ONNIT.

    When not in the gym, you’ll find Natali on the river. She is a competitive Whitewater Stand Up Paddle Athlete for Badfish SUP as well as a 20+ year river guide both in Utah & the Grand Canyon.
