Tuesdays 6-7:15pm

Join Personal Trainer Laura Kenderes for a weekly, small-group weightlifting class designed to build strength, confidence, and knowledge about how to use our fitness loft to meet your climbing goals.

Each class begins with a guided warm-up, followed by instruction on correct form for a featured lift. Participants then complete a full-body circuit training workout, with hands-on coaching and encouragement throughout.

Laura has a BS in Exercise Science and it is a certified NBC-HWC Health Coach and a NASM-CPT Personal Trainer. Laura is also available to book for private personal training.

Bring a water bottle, athletic clothing, and shoes. Classes run for 75 minutes and are limited to 8 participants.

Age limit 18 and up.

Price is $25, but Climb Moab members receive a $10 discount!
