Climb Moab’s Commit to Climbing Meetup Series empowers climbers to set up their own workouts and training plans while building connections, supporting one another in their goals, and developing good habits in the gym.

This four-part series starts November 11th and skips the week of Thanksgiving. Spots are limited so sign up now!

This month’s focus will be on mobility, balance, and building body awareness with Tierra Groff, a talented pilates and yoga instructor. Our sessions will include both climbing and a pilates-inspired training session to boost your climbing performance.
