I’ve been climbing indoors and outdoors for 10 years. Six of those years were dedicated to competing at the local, regional, and national level, including 2.5 years on the USAC Elite Circuit while being coached by amazing people. I was ranked 26th in the nation for bouldering in 2022 and have climbed up to V13 outdoors. My experiences with different rock types, coaches, world-class gyms, and amazing climbing communities have shaped how I see movement. I believe that it’s not just something to complete or solve, but rather, it’s something to feel and understand.

My main focus as a coach is breaking down why things work, implementing proven strategies to immediately ingrain better movement on a bio-mechanical level, and digging into the tools and mechanics behind what makes us better climbers.

Each session will be filled with insights that traditionally have only been made available to Elite Athletes. Whether you’re brand new to climbing or pushing into V14, both single sessions and ongoing coaching are designed to meet you where you are to deliver real, long-lasting results from the first session.
